Support ORS through OREF

Through our partnership with the OREF, the OREF’s designated giving program has generated more than $456,000 to support research and education efforts.

With your donations, the ORS has been able to fund many important programs that are important to the future of orthopaedics; the ORS/OREF/AAOS Grant Writing Workshop, AAOS/ORS/OREF Clinician Scientist Development Program, ORS/OREF Travel Awards in Research Translation Award, ORS Educational Grants, and more. Please consider providing a gift to the ORS through the OREF designated giving program today.

Order of Merit Contributions

All gifts of $500 or more given by PhD members, and all gifts of $1,000 or more given by other ORS members to the OREF Annual Campaign earn Order of Merit recognition and the opportunity to direct a portion to the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS). Those giving $2,500 or more are eligible for VIP Housing privileges at the AAOS and ORS Annual Meetings.

 

Contributions less than Order of Merit

If you wish to contribute below the Order of Merit level you may designate 50% of your donation to ORS. The remaining 50% goes to OREF. For example a $400 contribution results in ORS receiving $200.

 

Note: To be acknowledged as 2012 contributions, gifts must be received by December 31, 2012.
