Invitation Letter Request

NEW U.S. State Department Regulations: U.S. embassies and consulates may require face-to-face visa interviews for most nonimmigrant visa applicants. Because of these new regulations visa application approval may be delayed. You are encouraged to apply for a visa at least 3 months before the Annual Meeting.

Beginning October 1, 2003, all citizens of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) who wish to enter the U.S. visa-free must present a machine-readable passport. VWP currently covers 27 countries:

Iceland	Ireland	Italy

Monaco	Netherlands	New Zealand
Norway	Portugal	San Marino
