Letters of recommendation must be submitted to the ORS office either via postal mail or e-mail to ors@ors.org or fax 847.823.5772.

Expiration Date
Applicants are notified about the Membership Committee’s decision within 4 to 6 weeks of the review date. If you are planning to attend the ORS Annual Meeting, your completed membership application must be received in the ORS office by December 15 to obtain reduced meeting registration rate.
Applications received between September 15 and December 15 will be reviewed and billed for the following calendar year. If approved, these applicants will be eligible to obtain the reduced meeting registration rate.
Applications received after December 15 will be reviewed for acceptance following the Annual Meeting.
Associate members shall pay annual dues of $50. Active and Affiliate members shall pay annual dues of $220. Dues are payable in U.S. funds, upon request of the ORS. Active membership includes a subscription to the Journal of Orthopaedic Research, which is valued at $125. Membership renewal notices are sent out to members each October and can be paid online at www.ors.org.
