ORS hotels are 90% sold! Book your room today!

To assist with hotel expenses, which can be an expensive part of attending any meeting, the ORS provides a room-share online forum for all annual meeting participants.

The room-share program is intended to help attendees save meeting costs by room-sharing.  If you are interested in room-sharing please visit our online forum.

Please note that it is the responsibility of each participant in the program to communicate with and to work out an agreement with a potential room-sharer. The ORS’ role is strictly limited to providing the online forum for those interested in room-sharing.

The cut-off date to reserve your room at the discounted rate is different at each hotel. Please pay close attention to the dates listed. Any reservations made after these dates, or after the ORS block is full will be based on hotel availability and at the property’s regular rates.

City Bus: All three Trolley lines can be reached by taking City Bus Route 992 to the Broadway and Kettner Blvd bus stop in downtown. Once off the bus, the Orange and Blue Lines can be access from the American Plaza Station on the corner of Broadway and Kettner Blvd. The Green Line can be accessed from the Santa Fe Depot Station on Kettner Blvd, one block north of the bust stop.
Cost: Approximately $2.25/person

Trolley: Passengers can also access the Green Line by taking the Trolley –  Terminal shuttle service. The service is available from the transit islands at Terminals 1 and 2. The shuttle drops passengers off at the end of the airport, just one block from the Middletown Station. For those passengers wishing to catch the Trolley – Terminal shuttle from the Midtown Station, they should proceed one block Southwest on W. Palm Street and across Pacific Highway toward the airport property. A blue shuttle stop is located on Admiral Boland Way. Blue Economy Lot shuttles, marked with the Trolley – Terminal logo, stop there on regular intervals (typically less than 15 minutes apart).
Cost: Approximately $2.50/person

Uber offers pick-up and drop-off service to the San Diego International Airport. For more information on Uber’s services, click here.
