2009 Call for Nominations

Alan J. Grodzinsky, ScD, Chair, 2008-09 ORS Nominating Committee, would like to invite you to submit a nomination for the 2009 election of officers and committee members of the Orthopaedic Research Society by July 25, 2008.
 
Nominations for any of the positions listed below must include the name of the nominee, nominee's institution, ORS service and a brief paragraph describing why the ORS member is being recommended for service. 
 
Self-nominations are also encouraged.
 
All nominees must be current ORS members in good standing. 
 
The term of service will commence immediately following the 55th Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada (February 22-25, 2009).

  • Treasurer-Elect
  • 4th Vice President (Bioengineer)
  • 1-year Program Committee (Bioengineer)
  • 1-year Program Committee (Biologist)
  • 1-Year Program Committee (Clinician)
  • Member-at-Large
  • Nominating Committee (engineers 3,  biologists 2, clinicians 3)
  • Membership Committee
  • Special Projects Committee

Nominations received will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee.  At least two (2), and up to four (4) candidates per position will be selected.
