Registration includes your hotel stay for arrival on Sunday, November 3 and departure on Thursday, November 7.  Meals include  the Welcome Reception on Sunday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks Monday – Wednesday, and breakfast on Thursday.

There are no pro-rated registration rates available, as you are encouraged to attend the entire symposium.

Join the ORS Spine Section to be eligible for discounted registration.
If wanting to take advantage of the discounted ORS PSRS registration rates and the benefits of being an ORS Spine Section member, you must submit your application(s) for membership prior to registration!  Once your membership has been approved and activated you can return to register for the ORS PSRS meeting. We will not refund your registration fee if you complete the membership application after registering for the symposium.

Guest registration includes: housing for arrival on Sunday, November 3 and departure on Tuesday, November 7; welcome reception on Sunday, breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday – Wednesday and breakfast on Thursday. If you are bringing guests and plan to share a hotel room, please register yourself under one of the SINGLE OCCUPANCY options. The deadline to register is Friday, September 27, 2019.

After Wednesday, October 2, ORS is unable to accept changes to registration and hotel reservations.

Please note: Pre-registration is required. On-site registration will not be available at the meeting.

If you need to make changes to your reservation, please email Natalie Hinman, ORS Meeting Planner, at [email protected]. There are no pro-rated registration rates or discounts if you are not staying for the entire meeting. If you wish to extend your reservation past the dates listed above, the nightly rate is $147.56++ single occupancy and $86.18++ for double occupancy.

Cancellations, Refunds & Substitutions

After Wednesday, October 2, ORS is unable to accept changes to registration and hotel reservations.

Substitutions to registration and hotel reservations are gladly accepted at any time but require a hotel reservation for same length of time. To make a substitution please email [email protected].

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] by the following deadlines:

On or before Monday, September 30, 2019

  • Full refund, less a $75 administrative fee.

On or after Tuesday, October 1, 2019

  • Refund less a $75 admin fee and the housing fee (included in your registration fee).
  • Housing fees are: $600 for single reservations and $350 for double-occupancy

Cancellations received after Friday, October 25 will not be refunded.
