It has been brought to our attention that ehotelservices.org, National Travel Associates L.L.C., Global Expo Travel and other housing vendors may reach out to you encouraging you to book your hotel reservation through them. They are NOT associated with ORS or the ORS 2020 Annual Meeting. ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for the ORS 2020 Annual Meeting. Only reservations booked through ConferenceDirect are given the discounted ORS rates, the lowest rates available at ORS hotels during our meeting. If you receive a phone call or e-mail from anyone outside of ORS or ConferenceDirect claiming to have information about hotel reservations for this meeting please mark it as spam and/or block the phone number.
