  • Your presentation will be need to be uploaded between the dates of December 8, 2020 and January 12, 2021. You will receive an email with login credentials and instructions for this on or about December 7, 2020.
  • Meeting participants will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the broadcast via live chat.
  • We encourage you to be available during your scheduled presentation time to address any questions that are asked by the participants in the live chat.
  • Your presentation will be available on-demand 24/7 throughout the meeting for those unable to join us during the original broadcast time.
  • We encourage you to check in periodically throughout the meeting to answer any questions that may be received from participants that were not able to join the session during the originally broadcast time.
  • Edits to your presentation can be made up until January 12.
  • We encourage you to add your own Zoom Link/and or email to your presentation if you wish to meet/chat individually with meeting attendees after your presentation, or at some point during the meeting.
