2022 Annual Meeting Registration

We look forward to welcoming you to Tampa, Florida for the ORS 2022 Annual Meeting! ORS assigns the lowest possible rate based on current membership status and category.

Refund Policy

We are sorry if you have to cancel your registration to the ORS 2022 Annual Meeting.  We will miss you and will refund your registration fee after the meeting (the week of February 14^th).  All refund requests should be emailed to [email protected].  Any hotel cancellations must be communicated to the hotel directly.

ORS 2022 Annual Meeting Registration Rates (in-person only)

Only register to attend the meeting if you plan to attend in-person in Tampa. 

*Refunds cannot be granted for any updates in membership status after the time of initial registration.

Optional Events

Registration is required for all Optional Events. When completing your registration form, please be sure that you add the events you’d like to attend to your registration.

Research Section Events

Registration is required for all Section Meetings and Section Networking Events. When completing your registration form, please be sure that you add the events you’d like to attend to your registration.  If you are a Section member and planning to attend the Section Meeting and Networking Event you must register for those events.

*If you are not a Research Section Member but you are interested in attending the entire Section Meeting, you can join the Section while registering for the Annual Meeting. Otherwise, non-members will be permitted to enter the meeting following the Members Only portion based on available seating capacity.
