**The Exhibit & Poster Hall will NOT close during these hours. Exhibit & Poster Viewing and Poster Receptions are unopposed times where there is no other official programming taking place. Each booth will be set with:

  • 8’ high blue back drape
  • 3’ high white side dividers
  • Tuxedo carpet
  • 7” x 44” one-line identification sign (with the company name submitted on the application) 

Each booth will be set with tuxedo carpet.

ORS will provide carpet cleaning after you have moved in, prior to show opening on Saturday, February 5. All cleaning during show dates and hours is the responsibility of the exhibiting company. 

ORS does NOT provide furniture in any booth. Please order all furniture through Freeman. 

ORS does NOT provide electricity in any booth. Please order all electrical needs through the Freeman service kit.

Information on ordering furniture, utilities and shipping information can be found through the ORS 2022 Annual Meeting Service Kit found through the Freeman website. To access the Service Kit please follow the steps below:

  1. If you have not already created login credentials, please do so.
  2. If the ORS 2022 Annual Meeting does not show up under “My Shows” please search “ORS 2022”

Register your booth personnel and let us know who is going to be our main contact while at the meeting. 

The deadline to register your booth personnel is Friday, January 28.

You receive 2 complimentary badges with each 10’ × 10’ booth purchase. For 10’ × 20’ booths you receive 4 complimentary badges and will be provided with a coupon code once booth personnel registration opens.

Additional badges are available for purchase at $225/each.

All badges are transferable. Additional badges are non-refundable.

Here are suggested arrival and departure dates: 

Friday, February 4, any time to allow for booth set-up to be complete by 5:00 PM. Set-up hours will NOT be available on Saturday, February 5. 

Tuesday, February 7, any time

If you choose to attend the ORS 2022 Leadership Reception please plan to depart February 8, 2022.

Your company contact information and description will be listed in various marketing materials. Submit your description here.

Company descriptions must be 500 characters or less (including spaces, numbers and punctuation). Anything over this amount will be edited by ORS to fit these parameters.

Tips for your description: 

Don’t include your website URL or booth number. The both will already be listed. Save those characters to spice up your description.

List more than just your line of business. “Medical equipment supplier” won’t get much attention, but “ORS is the leading organization in musculoskeletal research…” will.
