We welcome you to be a part of the ORS 2023 Annual Meeting and showcase your new and improved technologies, products, and services that will enhance the research being done by our attendees to help them to accelerate their discoveries.

We will help to build traffic in the hall through networking sessions, educational programming, meet-ups, and refreshment breaks throughout the day and will host two evening poster and exhibit receptions. All exhibitors will also be invited to attend the ORS Leadership Reception, Monday, February 13, following the close of the exhibit hall.

Booth Inclusions

Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with existing carpet, 8’ blue back drape, 3’ high white side dividers and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign (with the company name submitted on the application). ORS will provide carpet cleaning after you have moved in, prior to show opening on Saturday, February 11. All cleaning during show dates and hours is the responsibility of the exhibiting company.

*Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions

Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions allow you to extend your reach beyond your exhibit booth by hosting a session that highlights your product(s) or service(s), or latest scientific advancements, presented by either a company representative or an academic partner who is an ORS member. Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions are only available with the 4 Booth Pod option.

Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Booth cancellations must be received in writing to Jennifer Farrell,  [email protected], by the dates listed below to receive a refund. Space not occupied by 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 11 will be forfeited by the exhibitor and can then be resold, reassigned or used by show management without refund.

  • On or before December 3, 2022: 10% of booth fees retained
  • After December 3, 2022: 50% of booth fees retained

Passbook to Prizes

$500

An exhibit hall information and gaming activity to draw traffic to your booth. The attendees will be given a stamp sheet listing all participating exhibitors. As they stop by your booth, ask them something about their company so they can learn about the solutions they can offer for your organization before you ask them to sign your passbook. All completed attendee passbooks will be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Winners will have to return to each exhibitor’s booth the retrieve the prize. All prizes must have a retail value of $50 or more.

Mobile Polling 

$1,000 for each poll

Take the opportunity to receive data from the attendees on one of your company’s key initiatives. Submit a maximum 5-question survey and we will post in the Annual Meeting App and do a push notification to encourage attendees to complete the poll during the meeting.

A total of 8 polls are available, with two administered each day. A company can submit a maximum of two polls to ensure variations of data among industry partners.
