Kick off the Annual Meeting right as we socialize with new and old friends to celebrate another year of the ORS. This event is open to all Annual Meeting attendees, new and old. The event will take place Friday, February 2, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the Hyatt Beacon Ballroom.
Underrepresented in STEM Dessert Reception

After the Kick-Off Event, come for a community building reception for ORS attendees from backgrounds underrepresented in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Underrepresented in STEM includes Native American, Black or African American, Hispanic or LatinX, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islanders, but the event is open to all.
The event will take place at the Hyatt Seaview Rotunda, 200 S. Pine Ave. Please register in advance for the reception here.
