Booth Inclusions
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with 8’ high black drape, 3’ high side drape, and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign (which must remain hanging during the entire meeting). The booth does not include carpet. ORS will provide cleaning services the evening before the show opens. Cleaning once the show opens will be the responsibility of the exhibition company.

All badges are non-transferable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Booth cancellations must be received in writing to the Event Manager Karen DeGrasse at [email protected] by January 2, 2024. No booth refunds will be issued. Full or partial payments for booth space will be applied to the 2025 Annual Meeting in Phoenix, AZ. Space not occupied by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2024, will be forfeited by the exhibitor. The space will be reassigned or used by show management without a refund.

Passbook to Prizes Exhibitor Question for Attendees: The passbook lists all participating exhibitors, their booth number, a brief description of the company and a question for the attendee to ask the Exhibitor; for example: How will company deliver on promise?

Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions – $1500/each
Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions allow you to extend your reach beyond your exhibit booth by hosting a session that highlights your product(s) or service(s), or latest scientific advancements, presented by either a company representative or an academic partner who is an ORS member. This includes a 30-minute Spotlight Session, theater seating for 30, projector and screen, 22 x 28 sign, and ORS advertisement of the Spotlight Session.
Benefits of a Spotlight Session:
✓ Opportunity to include a 1-page flyer or postcard in the attendee welcome kit.
✓ One push notification in the ORS Annual Meeting Mobile App featuring the Spotlight session.
✓ An exhibitor listing in the Mobile App with the booth number and name of Spotlight Session
Mobile Polling Option – $500/each
Take the opportunity to receive data from the attendees on one of your company’s key initiatives. Submit a maximum of 5-question survey and ORS will post in the Annual Meeting Mobile App and do a push notification to encourage the attendees to complete it during the meeting. A total of 8 polls are available, with two administered each day. A company can submit a maximum of two polls to ensure variations of data among industry partners.
Passbook to Prizes – $500/each Complementary
This year, we are offering the complimentary Passbook to Prizes. The passbook lists all participating exhibitors, their booth number, and provides a brief description of the exhibiting company. It also outlines the instructions to the attendees on how to play, learn more about the exhibitors, and win fabulous prizes.
The passbook was created to generate more booth traffic. Since exhibitor participation helps the conference meet its financial goals, it is important that ORS encourages the attendees to visit every booth. Deadline to enter is January 13, 2024.
