The ORS Junior Faculty Network is a community network for senior-level post-docs and junior faculty making the transition from trainee to PI. Its primary goal is to use virtual and in-person platforms to provide professional and social interactions to aid career development during this critical time.

This network will strengthen the ORS2025 Mission & Vision by creating meaningful professional connections and fostering the growth and development of the next generation of orthopaedic researchers.

ORS Junior Faculty Network Network Objectives:

  • Hold virtual meet & greets throughout the year and network gatherings at in-person meetings
  • Provide programming to tackle specific topics related to this career stage
  • Promote visibility and feature the work of junior ORS members
Join the Network

Community Networks give ORS members of all different backgrounds, career levels, and experiences a way to connect with each other. Community Networks are self-identified, organically established communities offering opportunities for members to connect with each other, share experiences, and form life-long friendships and collaborations.
