Cancellation Policy
Submit all requests to ORS Registration via email at [email protected]. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 9, 2019, to receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date, including no-shows.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may also submit a request for registration transfer in writing to [email protected]. Please include the full names of both the original registrant as well as the name of the individual the registration should be transferred to. All registration transfer requests must be received no later than Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Additional program and event fees are nonrefundable.
Please note: There will be no refunds if the registration transfer results in a difference in registration fee.
Changes to Your Registration
