Your registration includes four nights of accommodations and all meals throughout the program, allowing you to focus on learning, networking, and making the most of your experience. Hotel accommodations are included from Sunday, November 1, through Thursday, November 5, with check-in on Sunday and check-out on Thursday. Hotel confirmation details will be emailed by October 23.
Enjoy a full schedule of catered meals and networking opportunities, including a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, November 1. From Monday, November 2, through Wednesday, November 4, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments will be provided. A final breakfast will be served on Thursday, November 5, before departure.

Please note that on-site registrations will NOT be accepted at the meeting. Pro-rated registration rates are not available, as attendees are encouraged to participate in the entire meeting.
Cancellations, Refunds & Substitutions
All cancellation, refund, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received by Friday, October 9, 2026, will receive a full refund less a $150 administrative fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time. Optional events are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 9, 2026.
