Registration includes your hotel stay for arrival on Monday, October 23 and departure on Friday, October 27. Meals include: Welcome reception on Monday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks Tuesday – Thursday, and breakfast on Friday. There are no pro-rated registration rates available, as you are encouraged to attend the entire meeting. ORS Spine Section members will receive a reduced registration rate for this meeting. If you are interested in joining the ORS Spine Section, you will have the opportunity to join during the registration process.
