Abstract Submission Instructions
- As in previous years, abstracts should be no longer than 1 page, and submitted in PDF format.
- Abstracts are for review purposes only and will not be published.
- Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either podium or poster presentations.
Please note the following key dates:
Abstract Submission Opens: Monday, July 30
Abstract Submission Closes: Friday, September 14
Abstract Acceptance Announcement: Monday, September 24
Abstracts will be submitted via email to [email protected].
Podium Presentation Instructions
The time allocated for each presentation is 7 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of questions. Please bring your PowerPoint slides on a USB drive for upload between 8:00 and 8:30am, prior to the symposium commencing. An AV technician will be available to assist you.
Poster Presentation Instructions
Posters should be no larger than 42 x 42 inches. Pins will be provided.
The 2018 Philadelphia Spine Research Symposium is not associated with the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) or the ORS Spine Section and is hosted on the ORS website as a paid service.
