Podium Presentations
Podium presenters will have 7 minutes to present and 3 minutes for questions and answers. Podium presenters will not display a poster. If you are a podium presenter, you must register. If not registered, your talks will be replaced on the program and assigned to a poster session.
Poster Presenters
All poster presenters must bring their printed posters at 45X45 inches. They will be displayed during the poster sessions. Each poster will be categorized and numbered.
Poster presenters should be present during the designated poster sessions to answer questions and compete for awards:
Odd Numbered Posters: Monday, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM and Tuesday, 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM
Even Numbered Posters: Tuesday, 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM and Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Invited Speakers
Please plan for a 25-minute presentation with 5 minutes of Q&A. In total, your session should be no longer than 30 minutes. Please let us know if you plan to bring your own laptop to present. We have cable connection for Macs and PCs.
NOTE: All presentations can be created in the 4:3 or 16:9 format. The symposium format will be 16:9.
