*If choosing a shared room, please note that rooms with two double beds are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations, Refunds & Substitutions
Submit all requests via email at [email protected]. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Friday, October 8, 2024, to receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Friday, October 8 will receive a refund less $75 admin fee and the housing fee (included in your registration fee). Refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date, including no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. All optional events are non-refundable.
Cancellations received after Friday, October 25 will NOT be refunded.
