ORS Tendon Section members will receive a reduced registration rate for this meeting. If you are interested in joining the ORS Tendon Section, you will need to become a member before completing the registration process.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued if received in writing by Monday, October 29, 2018. All refunds will be issued after the meeting less a $75 cancellation fee.
