The Orthopaedic Research Society (“ORS”) presents the ORS web site Linking Policy as an educational service to the public and to members.  The linking policy, in no way, gives permission to any person or organization to use the ORS Logo without written and explicit consent from the ORS.

Any web site is encouraged to link to either the homepage of The ORS web site (www.ORS.org) or to any of the interior pages and documents of the ORS web site, adhering to the following rules:

  1. Any web site may link directly to the ORS web site or any interior page. Using this method, control is transferred from the originating web site to the web site maintained by the ORS.
  2. Any web site may link to the ORS web site or any interior page by opening a new browser window that displays the ORS’s content. Using this method, two (or more) browser windows are open (one from the originating web site and one or more containing information from The ORS web site).
  3. Web sites may not link to the ORS web site using frames, in which material in the ORS web site would be framed within the originating web site.

All material on the ORS web site is protected by copyright and all rights are reserved.

No material on the ORS web site may be replicated and posted, or altered and posted, on the originating web site.

In addition to all other disclaimers stated on the ORS web site, the ORS explicitly makes no warranty or guarantee concerning the content or reliability of the content on the ORS web site or of the content or reliability of the content of the web sites that are linked to the ORS web site.

ORS, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend or cancel any linking arrangement to any web site regarding the ORS web site at any time.
