Pride @ ORS is a community network for LGBTQIA+-identifying individuals and allies with a primary goal is of promoting acceptance, inclusivity, and visibility for LGBTQIA+-identifying individuals in the ORS.

The community will strengthen the ORS Mission & Vision by creating meaningful professional connections across career levels and foster mentor/mentee relationships.

Pride @ ORS Community Network Objectives:

  • Hold network gatherings at in-person meetings
  • Hold virtual meet & greets throughout the year
  • Promote visibility and feature the work of LGBTQIA+-identifying ORS members through channels such as ORS Connect
