This symposium will highlight critical orthopaedic challenges unique to military care, from battlefield trauma to long-term recovery. It aims to identify capability gaps and inspire solutions that enhance readiness, resilience, and return to duty. By uniting clinicians, engineers, and researchers, we seek to catalyze innovation tailored to austere and dynamic environments.
Orthopaedic care in military settings faces unique constraints not addressed by civilian systems. Attendees will gain insights into unmet needs and translational opportunities to guide impactful research and development.
