Hotel
Workshop attendees will stay at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird, one of North America’s most iconic ski lodges. The majesty of Little Cottonwood Canyon can be explored from the views each room.
*Your registration for the meeting includes your hotel reservation for arrival Saturday, July 23 and departure Thursday, July 28. Once you have submitted your registration there is nothing else that needs to be done. ORS will make your hotel reservation and will send you a confirmation email closer to the meeting.
Travel
Snowbird Lodge is located 28 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
Transportation to/from Snowbird to the airport:
Canyon Transportation vans provide transportation between the Salt Lake City Airport to Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort on a daily basis. The trip each way takes about 45 minutes.

Childcare
The Snowbird Lodge offers child care options for guests.
The daycare facility is available for children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Childcare services are available from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, daily. Space is subject to availability. Learn more.
