  • The meeting officially begins on Friday, February 12, 8:00am (Pacific) and the platform will officially open at 7:00am.
  • All content, apart from the LIVE * Sessions (as noted on the agenda with an asterisk) will be available for viewing at that time.
  • You can choose to follow the agenda or watch any of the programs at a time most convenient to you.

Can I still register for the meeting?
Yes!  You can register here.
After registering you will receive an email on how to access the meeting platform.

What are the registration fees?
ORS virtual Annual Meeting rates are significantly reduced (1/2 the price) in comparison to an in-person meeting.  

I am scheduled to present at the meeting. Do I still need to register?
All presenters/speakers are required to submit a paid registration to participate.

What will my registration include?
Your virtual meeting registration will give you access to all programming until August 16, 2021.  All programs are available on-demand, 24/7 so you have choices.  You can plan to participate in a program at the time noted on the agenda, or you can add to your playlist and watch at a later time.  It’s up to you

What sessions be available for viewing after the meeting?
All of the Annual Meeting sessions will be available to attendees for viewing in the virtual platform through August 16, 2021.

How do I access the Virtual Annual Meeting?
You can access the platform by logging into your ORS Account using your ORS username and password or use the link on the ORS website to gain access (login will still be required). The email that you registered with is your user ID.

Who do I contact if I am unable to gain access to the meeting with my login?

What do I do if I do not have my password or forgot my password?
You can reset it at https://ors.memberclicks.net/ors-member-center using your username or contact [email protected].

Do I need a webcam to attend the event?
You do not need a webcam to attend the event. However, it is encouraged that you use one during social and networking sessions to create a face-to-face experience with other attendees.

What technology will I need to participate?
A computer or mobile device connected to the internet and registration log-in information which is your ORS username and password.

If I experience technical difficulties during the virtual meeting who do I contact?
Contact the Help Desk on the main landing page of the platform or email [email protected] or [email protected].

What is a playlist and how do I create one?
Once you have signed into the Virtual Meeting Platform, you can create a playlist that includes all the sessions and programs you would like to view. Navigate to the session(s) you are interested in attending, add it to your playlist, and view it anytime through August 16, 2021.

Time Zones
All sessions and events are listed/scheduled in the Pacific Time Zone. The session times for the London and Tokyo/Japan time zones are also available under Meeting AgendaRemember: all programs except those noted as LIVE* have been pre-recorded and can be viewed at a time convenient for you. 

Adding to Your Calendar
While everything is shown in Pacific Time you can still add it to your calendar in that time and it should convert to your local time.

Will I be able to interact with session/podium/poster presenters?
Yes! We encourage you to use the on-line chat feature to connect with the presenters during their presentation at its broadcast time or anytime throughout the meeting. Every podium, poster and session will have a chat feature where you can interact with the presenter.

Programs presented LIVE will have a chat feature through the ZOOM platform and only during the LIVE presentation. To see what programs are live please refer to the agenda.

Presenters are encouraged to be available via the chat throughout the meeting.

You will also have the opportunity to email the presenter directly through the platform by clicking on Presentation Details.

How can I engage with exhibitors?
Exhibitors will still have a presence via the Exhibitor Spotlights. This will allow you to view company’s/organizations products and services as well as chat with exhibitors.

The chat feature should be used only for the purposes of discussion and not as a social platform. The chat function will be active through February 16, 2021.

Are any social events taking place?
Yes!  The ORS Global Networking Lounge will be available throughout the meeting. A link to join the Global Networking Lounge will be available on the meeting platform.

The ORS Virtual Reception will take place Saturday, February 13, 3-5pm, Pacific;  11:59pm-1:00am London time and Sunday, February 14, 9:00am – 11:00am, Tokyo time.

How will I obtain the program materials from the meeting?
All program materials and information are available on the ORS website.

Can I get a printed copy of the program?
You can download and print a PDF of the agenda from our website. 

How can I access the meeting abstracts?
You can download and print a PDF of the meeting abstracts and posters at ors.org at the start of the meeting.

Abstracts will also be included on the meeting platform noted on each podium and poster presentation.

Can I earn CME through this virtual meeting?
Yes!  A total of 28.75 hours will be offered.   

As a virtual attendee, how do I access my certificate and CME credits for attending the conference?
You can log into your ORS Account and create a certificate here.

A maximum of 28.75 hours can be claimed.
