Pricing for all booths will be the same, regardless of the number of days exhibiting, as the cost to the ORS does not change based on the number of days you exhibit.
Booth fees are required to be paid-in-full for you to gain access to the pre-meeting participant list and the Exhibit & Poster Hall in Phoenix, Arizona.

*ORS is pleased to provide a discount on booth space for non-profit organizations. Non-profit exhibitors are limited to inline booths. Booth Space will be assigned no later than Friday, December 6, 2019.
Booth Inclusions
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set with tuxedo carpet, 8’ blue back drape, 3’ high white side dividers and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign (with the company name submitted on the application). ORS will provide carpet cleaning after you have moved in, prior to show opening on Saturday, February 8. All cleaning during show dates and hours is the responsibility of the exhibiting company.
Booth Personnel
You receive (2) complimentary badges with each 10’ x 10’ booth purchase. For 10’ x 20’ booths, you receive (4) complimentary badges, and will be provided with a coupon code once booth personnel registration opens.
Additional badges are available for purchase at $225 each.
All badges are transferable. Additional badges are non-refundable.
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Booth cancellations must be received in writing to Natalie Hinman, ORS Meeting Planner, at [email protected], by the dates listed below to receive a refund. Space not occupied by 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 8 will be forfeited by the exhibitor and can then be resold, reassigned or used by show management without refund.
- On or before December 6, 2019: 10% of booth fees retained
- After December 6, 2019: 50% of booth fees retained
Changes to booth type, invoice adjustments and any other changes will be charged a $25 processing fee per change.
